Notarization Process

1. The husband needs to go to the Household Registration Office to fill in the fourth-degree relative application form, hand in the form to the consulting room, and wait for the matching to be done.
2. Please go to a Notary Public to apply for notarization (the purpose is to ask a third-party notary public to confirm the marital relationship between the husband and the wife and verify that their future child is a child legally born in wedlock.)
